I needed his help setting up the SEO for a small business, and he completed the project rapidly, I'm generating viable business leads as a result, and his communication and professionalism was outstanding throughout. However, what really tipped the scale to writing a review was that I reached out about a second project, and after connecting with me and walking through his thinking (as well as giving some very helpful and practical advice along the way), he respectfully informed me that he was not the right partner for this project and that SEO was not the optimal strategy for reaching my target market. While I was bummed we couldn't collaborate again, I absolutely LOVE when people do this - they are honest and direct about what they can and cannot do, and they don't try to get your business if they know they can't actually help.
